Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient diagnosed with lower back ache such lumbar spondylosis and disc degenerative disease. Patient with minimum VAS 4 and above. Patient not taking NASAIDS or steroids. Patient with subsequent pain with minimum 1 month of history. Patient willing to give consent. Patient suitable for swedana therapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient below 18 or above 65 years. 2. Patient with acute low back ache with less than 1 month of history 3. Patient taking regular NSAIDS and steroidal therapy. 4. Patient not suitable for Swedana therapy 5. Diagnosed case of Potts Spine and Ankylosing Spondylitis. 6. Patient not willing to give informed consent 7. Patient with pregnancy or lactation 8. Patient with local skin lesions, boils or open wounds in lumber region 9. Patient undergoing any other treatment for the same condition.
