Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 5 to 14 years 2. Habitual mouth breathing confirmed by Mirror Test or Water Holding Test or Lip Seal Test 3. Parents with smartphones and internet access

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Adenoid hypertrophy or nasal obstruction requiring ENT treatment 2. Children with craniofacial anomalies 3. Children undergoing orthodontic treatment 4. Special needs children
