Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Apparently healthy individuals of either sex are at the age of 18-30 years. The subjects who will fall into the category of mild to moderate anxiety score (18 to 24 score) on the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HAM-A).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known case of epilepsy, psychiatric problem and any other psychological disorder other than Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) or any other chronic systemic illness
