Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient having lower back pain radiating to buttock, thigh, calf, foot, with positive SLR test. Patients showing symptoms of Vataja Ghridhrasi (Sciatica) less than 2 years. patients having Anteroposterier measurement of spinal canal stenosis sagittal diameter more than or equal to 12 mm, diameter more than or equal to 10 mm and spinal disc herniation range less than 06 mm. Patients who are fit for basti.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Prediagnosed cases with Congenital anomalies of Spine, neoplastic condition, Potts spine, Cauda equina syndrome, piriformis syndrome, traumatic injury, spinal fractures. Patients coming under more tham 80 percent Oswestry disability score.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To reduce signs and symptoms of vataja ghridhrasi (sciatica) and assesement of pain using Oswesry disability score. Timepoint: Assessment will be done on day 15th.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
