Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age:-65-75 years old Gender:- Both male and female Berg Balance score should be more than 43/56 Should be residing in Chatrapati Sambhajinagar

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with an age of more than 75 vears Individuals who had undergone any recent surgeries of the spine or lower limbs Individuals with any underlying comorbidities Individuals with any cognitive disorders
