Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Children aged between 5-9 years requiring pulpectomy in primary molars 2 Teeth with at least two-third of root length remaining 3 Teeth with clinical diagnosis of necrotic pulp or irreversible pulpitis 4 Teeth without signs of internal or external root resorption 5 Absence of pathological mobility 6 Frankl behavior rating 3 or 4 7 Teeth with restorable crown structure 8 Teeth with no evidence of pathological root resorption exceeding one third of root length 9 Children who are medically Healthy (ASA I or II)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Teeth with advanced root resorption or mobility (Grade II/III) 2 Teeth with previous endodontic treatment or calcified & severely curved canals 3 Children with history of antibiotic therapy within last 2 weeks 4 Children with known allergy or hypersensitivity to any of irrigant solutions used in study 5 Medically compromised children 6 Non restorable crown structure 7 Parents /guardian not willing to provide written informed consent 8 Frankl behavior rating (1or 2)
