Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 3 Irrespective Of Socioeconomical status . 4 Patient who are having Pratyatmak Lakshana Of Gridhrasi since 1 month. 5 Patient who are having SLR Test positive Above 30 Degree 6 Patient who are having Bragards test positive

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patient with who are having Pratyatmak Lakshana Of Gridhrasi since less than 1 month. 2 Patient with history of any direct or indirect trauma to spine. 3 Patient having severe lumbar canal stenosis 3 rd and 4th degree disc prolapse. 4 Pregnant and Lactating women 5 Patient with other systemic disorders like CA Spine Bone cancer Fracture and TB. 6 Patient who are not willing to participate in trial. 7 Diabetes Mellitus and Hypertension
