Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Young adults aged 18 29 years, including both males and females, who are apparently healthy and free from known cardiovascular, metabolic, neurological, or musculoskeletal disorders will be included in the study. Participants with varying body compositions (normal weight, overweight, and obese) will be classified according to Asia-Pacific BMI criteria and body fat percentage assessed through Karada Scan bioelectrical impedance analysis. Only individuals willing to voluntarily participate and provide written informed consent will be recruited.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Individuals with any diagnosed cardiovascular, metabolic, neurological, or severe musculoskeletal disorders, current use of medications affecting cardiovascular or autonomic function, recent injuries preventing safe participation in isometric exercise, or those with excessive caffeine intake, alcohol consumption, or strenuous physical activity within 24 hours prior to testing will be excluded from the study. Participants unwilling to provide informed consent or unable to safely complete the testing protocol will also be excluded.
