Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Chronic Lumbar radiculopathy, more than 3 months 2. SLR positive 45-70 degrees. 3. Derangement syndrome as diagnosed by McKenzie. 4. Directional preference should be extension.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals having any kind of acute back pain. 2. Individuals with motor deficits. 3. Individuals without any directional preference. 4. Tumours and malignancies. 5. Lumbar canal stenosis & foraminal stenosis. 6. Facet joint arthropathy. 7. Recent spinal surgery: discectomy, laminectomy, scoliosis correction etc. 8. Spinal Trauma: spinal fractures, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury etc.
