Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Pain and discharge from the sinus tract 2 Pilonidal sinus disease of the intergluteal region 3 Sinus tract up to 3 cm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Recurrent sacrococcygeal piloniodal sinus disease(nadi-vrana) 2)Acute pilonidal sinus disease and highly complicated sinus 3)History of pilonidal surgery 4)Associated with Malignancy 5)Patients who are suffering with or have history of systemic disease like DM, TB, etc 6)K/c/o DM/HIV/HBsAG
