Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects with informed consent Subjects with normal BMI Subjects diagnosed with non specific low back pain Subjects with NPRS 1 to 6 Subjects with hamstring tightness sit and reach score for men less than 9.1 inches and women less than 11.4 inches

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with specific low back pain Subjects with vascular and lifestyle disorders Recent injuries fractures surgeries or trauma to the spine and lower limb Mentally compromised subjects
