Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children aged 4 to 9 years with early carious lesions involving enamel and dentin in primary molars Children with positive and definitely positive Frankel behaviour rating scale Children whose parents/guardians provide informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Teeth with pulpal involvement and abscess fistula or extensive structural loss not suitable for restoration Children with systemic conditions affecting oral health Uncooperative children
