Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals aged 40 to 70 years Patients diagnosed with first ever unilateral MCA stroke confirmed via imaging in Brunnstrom stage of recovery 3 and above Stroke onset within 4 to 12 weeks subacute phase Medically stable and cleared for physical rehabilitation Mini Mental State Examination score more than or equal to 24 and able to provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of recurrent stroke or other significant neurological conditions Severe Visual Auditory or Vestibular impairments Uncontrolled cardiopulmonary or metabolic disorders Significant cognitive dysfunction MMSE less than 24 Participation in other structured rehabilitation programs Inability to participate due to orthopaedic or psychiatric limitations
