Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals aged between 18 to 45 years. 2. Patients who had fear of movement and back or leg pain on Fear Avoidance Beliefs Questionnaire (FABQ) with more than or equal to 29 (Work subscale) OR more than or equal to 14 (Physical Activity subscale) and more than or equal to 4/10 pain on NPRS (numerical pain rating scale), respectively. 3. No sensory deficit. 4. Patients who consented to sign the consent form. 5. Both male and female.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are unable to follow the instructions of motor imagery and not willing to participate. 2. Lumbar spine surgery secondary to tumor, trauma, infection, fusion surgeries re-operated.
