Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed with idiopathic PD (UK Brain Bank Criteria) Age 40 to 80 years Presence of at least one oral manifestation Hoehn and Yahr stage 1 to 3
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Severe cognitive impairment with Mini-Mental State Examination score less than 18 Other neurodegenerative disorders or severe comorbidities affecting oral health Allergy to Ayurvedic herbs or oils
