Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Modified Radical Mastectomy with Axillary Lymph Node Dissection (10 lymph nodes removed) for unilateral breast cancer. Completed all cancer treatment 2 years prior. Unilateral upper extremity lymphedema: 2 cm circumference difference OR 10% volume increase versus contralateral limb Lymphedema present 6 months (chronic) Stable lymphedema (no acute exacerbations past 3 months) Able to attend 44 supervised sessions over 12 weeks. Informed consent in English or Hindi

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Bilateral lymphedema; Primary lymphedema Non-Modified Radical Mastoidectomy surgery (breast conservation, simple mastectomy, Sentinel Lymph Node Biopsy only with 10 nodes) Active cancer or suspected recurrence Acute infection (cellulitis) past 3 months Recent surgery/trauma to affected limb (6 months) Uncontrolled heart failure, renal failure, liver cirrhosis PEMF contraindications: Cardiac pacemaker, Implantable Cardioverter-Defibrillator, metallic implants in limb, pregnancy Cognitive impairment preventing consent.
