Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged between 20- 50 years. Diagnosis of chronic non-specific low back pain (CNS-LBP) lasting more than 3 months. Maximal Inspiratory Pressure (MIP) below 80 percent predicted for age and sex using Micro-RPM, Pain intensity more than 4 out of 10 To less than 6 out of 10 on Numeric Pain Rating Scale (NPRS) at screening. Both Males and Females

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who are not willing to participate Specific/secondary causes of LBP (lumbar spinal stenosis, disc herniation with radiculopathy, spondylolisthesis, fracture, infection, tumor, inflammatory spinal disease). Those who are undergoing physiotherapy treatment for LBP Prior lumbar spine surgery within the past 12 months. Severe psychiatric illness, cognitive impairment, or language barrier preventing valid consent or reliable participation. Diagnosed with any respiratory condition such as COPD , bronchial asthma etc. Current smokers (within last 6 months) or active use of nicotine products. Pregnancy. Any other medical condition judged by the investigator to make participation unsafe or to confound outc

Maximal Inspiratory Pressure (MIP) measured using a calibrated handheld mouth pressure manometer (Micro-RPM) Lumbopelvic Stability Pressure Biofeedback Unit (PBU) Numeric Pain Rating Scale (NPRS) Timepoint: Baseline: 0th week, 1st week, 2nd week, 3rd week, 4th week, 5th week and 6th week, Maximal Inspiratory Pressure (MIP) measured using a calibrated handheld mouth pressure manometer (Micro-RPM) Lumbopelvic Stability Pressure Biofeedback Unit (PBU) Numeric Pain Rating Scale (NPRS) will be assessed.
