Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects volunteering to participate and sign the written informed consent. Age between 40 to 55 years Subjects who are diagnosed with OA knee by an orthopedician. Subjects with WOMAC grading of mild to moderate disability. Subjects with NPRS score of 1 to 6

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with diseases (traumatic, cardiovascular disease, neurological disease, lifestyle disorder) Subjects with recent surgeries, undergone any form of surgery. Subjects with other knee pathologies and injuries. Subjects with fracture/ trauma and deformities of lower limb. Subjects under-going psychotic therapy. Subjects who are unable to follow commands or instructions.
