Intervention1: Soft tip bougie-assisted nasotracheal intubation: In this group, nasotracheal intubation will be performed using a soft tip bougie under direct laryngoscopic guidance in adult patients

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients aged 18 to 65 years including both male and female 2 Scheduled for elective surgery under general anesthesia requiring nasotracheal intubation 3 ASA physical status I or II 4 Patients who will give written informed consent to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Known coagulopathy bleeding disorders or history of epistaxis 2 History of nasal trauma nasal surgery or any nasal deformity 3 History of taking Antiplatelet drugs and anti coagulant drugs 4-Anticipated difficult airway. 5-Upper respiratory tract infection within two weeks prior to surgery. Pregnancy
