Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients aged 50 70 years. 2 Diagnosed with osteoarthritis according to American College of Rheumatology (ACR) clinical criteria. 3 Baseline WOMAC score indicating mild to moderate severity. 4 Willingness to participate and provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Secondary osteoarthritis due to trauma, inflammatory arthritis, gout, or septic arthritis. 2 History of joint replacement surgery in the affected joint. 3 Severe comorbidities such as uncontrolled diabetes, cardiovascular disease, or chronic kidney disease. 4 Use of systemic corticosteroids or intra-articular injections within the last 3 months. 5 Pregnant or lactating women. 6 Known hypersensitivities to Guaiacum officinale or any prescribed homoeopathic remedies.
