Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant women between 18 and 40 of age. 2. Women experiencing pelvic girdle pain related to pregnancy during the second or third trimester. 3.Participants reporting a pain score of 3 or more on the Numeric Pain Rating Scale 4. Individuals who are willing to participate and have given written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient with high-risk pregnancy or obstetric complications. 2. Patient with a history of pelvic, hip or spinal trauma or surgery. 3. Patient with neurological or psychological disorders. 4. Patients receiving epidural analgesia or other pain relief interventions.
