Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient posted for supratentorial surgery,2.Age group between 18 to 60 years,3.ASA 1-2,4.Body Mass Index 25-30 kg/metter square

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Refused to participate in the study,2.Allergy to any studied medication,3.Severe cardiac, Hepatic or Renal insufficiency,4.Any uncontrolled hypertensive or diabetic patient,5.pregnancy,6.patient undergoing psychiatric treatment.7 Surgery duration less than 4 hours

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the effects of infusion of amino acid in addition to routine fluid administration in patients undergoing supratentorial surgery, as assessed by levels of IL-6 and CRPTimepoint: IL-6 and CRP will be assessed preoperatively , 4 hourly , 8 hourly , 24 hourly

MeasureTime frame
patient intraoperative hemodynamic parameter , GCS and temperature will also be assessed Timepoint: 1.Intraoperative Hemodynamics and temperature will be assessed every 15 minutes 2.The GCS will be assessed at 30 min, 1 hour, 2 hour, 4 hour, 8 hour and 24 hour post extubation
