Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.All the teeth diagnosed with periodontal osseous intrabony defect Two or three wall defect on clinical and radiographic evaluation. 2.Pocket Depth more than 5 mm and an intrabony component more than 3 mm. 3.The depth of the intraosseous component of the defect evaluated clinically and radiographically during the screening phase but confirmed during surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Heavy smoking more than 10 cigarettes per day. 2.Presence of underlying medical conditions, such as immunosuppression or diabetes. 3.Pregnancy and lactating mothers. 4.Patients with poor oral hygiene 5.Bleeding disorders such as leukaemia 6.Patients with one-walled defect sites
