Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA grade 2,3 All genders Age between 18-65 years Elective cases only of robotic surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Know case of allergy or hypersensitivity to study drugs History History of psychiatric illness or cognitive dysfunction that interferes with assessment of pain score Patients on medication known to influence nausea or consciousness level BMI more than 35 Pregnant and lactating women
