Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group from 18 to 65 years of both the genders. 2. Stable medical condition without cardiopulmonary disease or dysautonomia 3. Cervical Spinal cord injury with plateaued recovery for at least 6 months 4. AIS-A or AIS-B

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy at the time of enrolment 2. Failure to obtain consent 3. Painful musculoskeletal dysfunction, unhealed fracture, contracture, pressure sore, or urinary tract infection that might interfere with stand or step training 4. Current anti-spasticity medication regimen 5. Implanted defibrillator

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1.Any adverse effect pertaining to the intervention and assessment of hand and arm function using CUE- Q (Capabilities of Upper Extremity Questionnaire) and GRASSPTimepoint: Baseline, 3 months, 6 months and 1 and 2 year follow up

1. EMG and NCV of Upper Limb. 2. Assessment of motor power of upper limbs through ASIA grading (Upper Extremity Motor Score). 3. Assessment of any voluntary movement by additional muscle groups not included in International Standards for Neurological Classification of Spinal Cord Injury (ISNCSCI) 4. Change in ability of performing basic activities of daily life via Spinal Cord Independence Measure (SCIM- III). 5. Change in spasticity via Modified Ashworth Scale (MAS). 6. Change in sexual function as measured by the Sexual Function Questionnaire 7. Change in various domains of QoL using International Spinal Cord Society QoL data set version 1.0 Timepoint: Baseline, 3 weeks, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year and 2 year
