Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1-Patients aged 4-9 years, categorised into two age groups for analysis: Group 1: 4 years (48months) to 6 years (72 months) and Group 2: 7 years (73 months) to 9 years (108 months) 2-Patients whose parents are willing to give consent. 3-Frankl behaviour rating: Definitely Positive & Positive. 4-Primary molar teeth indicated for pulp therapy in primary mandibular molars.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1-Patients having known allergies to local anaesthetic agent. 2-Patients having gingival or periodontal disease. 3-Use of analgesic medication up to 6hrs before treatment 4-Presence of infection at site of injection.
