Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals who provide informed consent Adults aged 18 years or older Individuals classified as having moderate or severe cholangitis according to the Tokyo Guidelines 2018 and mild cholangitis not responding to antibiotics after 48hrs Benign Etiology

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who do not provide informed consent Children under 18 years of age Pregnant individuals Individuals classified as having mild cholangitis according to the Tokyo Guidelines 2018 Malignant etiology
