Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients having classical symptoms of Udavartini yonivyapad and Primary Dysmenorrhea. 2. The patient above 18 years of age and under 25 years of age 3. Patient complaining painful menstruation for at least 2 consecutive cycles.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients recently delivered or aborted. 2. Patients having vulvo-vaginal infections and pelvic congestion. 3. Patients with severe anemia (Hb less than 7g/dl). 4. Cases with any pelvic pathology (Fibroid, adenomyosis, endometriosis polyps, chocolate cyst etc). 5. Patients taking oral contraceptive pills & with IUCD.

1. Reduction pain affecting daily activity 2. Decreased location of pain 3. Reduction intensity of pain 4. Reduction in duration of pain 5. decreased in fatigue 6. Reduction in amount of menstrual blood flow 7. Reduction in vomitingTimepoint: 1. Duration from 7 days brfore onset of menstrual cycle to 3 days of menstruation for 10 days 2. Observations - after 3 months of treatment
