Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male and female aged 25-60 years Laboratory evidence of prediabetes: HbA1c=5.7 to 6.4% Fasting blood glucose=100 to 125 mg/dL Postprandial blood sugar=140 to 199 mg/dL measured 2 hours after a 75-gram oral glucose load Able to read Tamil/English. Smartphone user. Individuals willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Men and women who are below 25 years Diabetic individuals Not able to read Tamil/English Not a smartphone user Individuals not willing to participate in the study
