Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group 20-60 yrs. 2. Irrespective of gender, religion and socio-economic status. 3. Patient presenting with clinical features of Manyastambha and cervical spondylosis. 4. Patients fit for Nasya Karma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnancy, Lactating mothers. 2.Traumatic injuries and fracture to the cervical Spine. 3.Congenital deformity. 4. Patients with uncontrolled Diabetes and Hypertension. 5. Patients unfit for Nasya Karma.
