Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male participants aged 25 to 45 years Current smokers consuming at least 5 cigarettes per day for minimum 2 years Non smokers for comparison group Kinesthetic and visual imagery questionnaire score greater than or equal to 30 Montreal cognitive assessment score greater than or equal to 26 Willing to participate and provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnosed chronic respiratory disease such as COPD or asthma History of neurological or psychiatric disorders Cognitive impairment or dementia Very low imagery ability with kinesthetic and visual imagery questionnaire score less than 30 Positive response on physical activity readiness questionnaire Contraindications to moderate or high intensity exercise Abnormal resting blood pressure or heart rate Known cardiovascular disease or any medical condition limiting exercise
