Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Patient will be selected irrespective of their gender, caste, religion & socioeconomic status. 2)Patient with At least three lakshana from Asthishoola,Sandhishoola,Sandhi Shaithilya,Shrama, Keshpatan. 3)Age between 30-75 years. 4)Bastiarha patients. 5)Willingness to participate with written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patient age below 30 years and above 75 years. 2)Bastianarha patients. 3)Patients with Known malignancies, hepatic failure, or uncontrolled diabetes. 4)Patient having Asthishool due to trauma.
