Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients between 18 to 50 years of age and willing to participate in the study. 2 Score of more than 75 on Irritable Bowel Syndrome- Symptom severity scale (IBS SSS). 3 Cases of both sexes.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients with other severe systemic illnesses, malignant disorders, autoimmune diseases or any organic disease. 2 Patients above 50 years of age. 3 Any major surgery in the last 6 months. 4 Patients under other medication for the same complaint. 5 Patients with cognitive impairment. 6 Pregnant women and lactating mothers
