Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects who are voluntarily willing to participate in the study and signed the written informed consent form Subjects of age 19 to 30 years Subjects who have started dancing at the age of 5 to 7 years and with routine training of at least 3 days a week and at least 1 hour per day Subjects practicing for two or more than two years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with recent injuries of spine and lower extremities Subjects with previous surgeries of spine and lower limb Subjects with fracture of lower extremities Subjects with any musculoskeletal and neurological conditions affecting balance Subjects with deformities of foot
