Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 30-45 years, Both make and female participants, Clinically diagnosed piriformis muscle tightness using FAIR test. Able to stand and walk independently, Cognitive ability to understand and follow instructions, Willing to provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe cognitive impairment, History of lower limb ot spinal surgery, Fracture of hip joint or spinal fracture, Severe spasticity or neurological disorders affecting lower limb function, Pregnancy, Skin lesions or infections at the treatment area
