Inclusion criteria: ASA I II Age 21 60 years Elective lower limb orthopedic surgeries Agree to participate

Exclusion criteria: Allergy to study drugs Contraindication to neuraxial block Severe cardiac,renal,hepatic,neuro disease Drug abuse Refusal
