Intervention1: Kinesio taping: Kinesio Taping with joint correction technique for medial border protrusion of scapula with 70% stertch. Total Duration of intervention is 4 weeks. Control Intervention1

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male Recreational Overhead athletes (at least playing 2 times a week), Presence of unilateral scapular dyskinesia ( Root of spine and Inferior angle distance less than 15 mm on Scapulometer)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pain while doing shoulder ROM, History of acute shoulder injury (since 1 year), Diagnosed with neurological condition, skin conditions over shoulder and upper back.
