Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients presenting with complaints of yoni srava, yoni pichilta, yoni kandu,daha, dourgandhya. Women aged 18-45 years. Women who are sexually active.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant and lactating women. Systemic diseases( DM,HTN,TB) intervening the treatment. Malignant conditions. Prolapsed Uterus. Women having acute PID. Women diagnosed with STD . Women with IUCD

Primary outcome will be assessed based on following parameters SUBJECTIVE PARAMETERS Duration of discharge, discharge amount associated symptoms -abdominal pain, itching, foul smell, backache, and fatigue are assessed separately. OBJECTIVE PARAMETERS- Nature of discharge . pH of vagina. Cervical & Vaginal mucosa inflammation. Cervical and high vaginal swab culture.Timepoint: Evaluated on 4th day of menstruation and follow up after next menstrual cycle
