Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with insomnia as per ICD 10 diagnostic criteria Patients of insomnia suffering up to 3 Month duration Patients Of either sex. and above 1 8 years age.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Insomnia due to other conditions such as Afatlatyaya (alcoholism). Patients on hypnotic medicine or Other drugs known to cause drowsiness. Pregnancy and lactation Patient on medication like Bento-diazepam. Non benzodiazcpan, antidepressants antihistamines and sedatives
