Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged 45-80 years. 2. OA knee according to ACR criteria. 3. Able to provide informed consent and complete questionnaires.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Prior knee replacement surgery in the index knee. 2. Neurological disorders affecting pain perception. 3. Current malignancy or severe systemic illness. 4. Recent intra-articular injection(within 4 weeks) 5. Recent major knee surgery(within 6 months)
