Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with fasting glucose level of 100-125 mg/dL (ADA criteria) 2.Glycated hemoglobin 5.7 6.4 (ADA criteria) past 3 months 3.30 to 50 years age group subjects were recruited irrespective to sex. Criteria behind age group selection were that in previous studies (27) reported that the 30 to 50 years age group was more prone to develop pre-diabetes and after 50 years age group was not included due to autonomic dysfunction in pre-diabetes. 4. No history of diabetic medications including metformin, glipizide, sitagliptin, empagliflozin, insulin glargine 5. No history of taking drug having potential to modify autonomic function like metformin, pioglitazone or liraglutide 6.Possession of an android phone and Zoom/WhatsApp application. 7.Patients willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Known diabetes mellitus 2. Renal, hepatic, cardiovascular, or neurological disease 3. Retinopathy, neuropathy, or musculoskeletal disorders 4. Pregnant or lactating females 5.Alcohol consumption >140 g/week 6.Patients on anti-inflammatory drugs * Individuals unable/unwilling to participate
