Inclusion criteria: Patient of Age Group Between 20 yrs to 70 yrs of Age Irrespective to Religion Sex Caste and Habitat Low Anal Fistula

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients of Bhagandhar with history of HIV Hepatitis B Tuberculosis Malignancy Diabetis Patient of Bhagandhar Whose Track size is more than 4 cm High Anal Fistula
