Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients/clients diagnosed with common or severe mental illness as per DSM-5 criteria, with a minimum of two or more follow-up visits at the centre. 2. Individuals who are able and willing to provide informed consent for participation in the study. 3. Healers/ Practitioners (faith healers, temple priests, traditional healers) providing mental health related services for more than 2 years. 4. Caregivers - Family members accompanying patients, those who spend more than 4 hours per day.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals seeking treatment only for purely physical illnesses without any psychological, behavioural, or mental-health-related concerns 2. Individuals visiting traditional healing centres for non-health concerns such as family or interpersonal issues, IPR/property disputes, astrological remedies, business or financial problems, or other non-medical reasons.
