Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults 18 years and above 2. Elective or urgent major oncosurgical procedures under general anesthesia, defined major locally, expected duration more than 1 h or anticipated significant fluid shift or blood loss, or planned postop PACU or ICU monitoring. 3. Postoperative destination PACU or Recovery Room or ICU.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative fever more than 38.0 degree Celsius or therapeutic hypothermia or hyperthermia plan. 2. Procedures performed under regional anesthesia alone 3. Refusal of patient consent.
