Inclusion criteria: All neonates getting admitted to the NICU
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Neonates with major congenital malformations 2. Referred from other centres after three days of antibiotic exposure 3. Neonates with incomplete or missing records

| The primary outcome will be the reduction in the rate of antibiotic usage among NICU admissions, calculated as: Antibiotic utilization ratio= Total monthly Days of therapy (DOT) Total monthly patient days Timepoint: The primary outcome will be the reduction in the rate of antibiotic usage among NICU admissions, calculated as: Antibiotic utilization ratio= Total monthly Days of therapy (DOT) Total monthly patient days All admitted neonates getting admitted to NICU will be included and will be monitored for antibiotic usage up till discharge.
