Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 18 to 60 years Diagnosed with Vicharchika (eczema) Willing to provide informed written consent Duration of symptoms more than 1 month Clinical diagnosed cases of Eczema based on ICD 11 EA 80 EA8Z

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnosed with other chronic skin disorders (psoriasis, vitiligo, lichen planus, etc.) Patients with known systemic autoimmune disorders Pregnant and lactating women Patients who have taken systemic corticosteroids or immunosuppressive drugs in the past 8 weeks Individuals unable to respond to the questionnaire due to psychiatric or cognitive issues
