Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients willing to participate in the study for the prescribed duration of the study. 2. Age: 30-50 years 3. Sufficient bone width and height for the insertion of implant as evaluated clinically and radiographically. 4. Physically and psychologically able to tolerate conventional surgical and restorative procedures. 5. Patients with missing mandibular molar region.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Medical contraindication for implant treatment (example: uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, congestive heart failure, pregnancy). 2. Habit of tobacco chewing and smoking and alcohol consumption. 3. Chronic periodontitis with advanced loss of bone support. 4. Presence of active infection around the adjacent teeth. 5. Parafunction habits. 6. Psychiatric disorders. 7. If the designated implant as per randomisation is inappropriate for available bone condition, the case will be excluded from the study.
