Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Individual willing and able to participate in trial for 45 days 2) Healthy individual in the group of 35-45 years 3) Individual of either sex 4) Individual who are willing to give their consent 5) Individual not having any chronic disease such as diabetes, hypertension, thyroid, cardiac disorder 6) Individual who do not fall under any of the conditions listed in the exclusive criteria

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Individual who decline participate in the trial 2) Any individual suffering from systemic illness such as cardiac disorder, diabetes mellitus,grade 2 hypertension or carcinoma of any organ 3) Any individual suffering from personality disorder, mental disorder or under medication for psychiatric disorder or any chronic systemic illness 4) Individual with endocrine disorder like hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism 5) Individual with alcohol or drug dependence 6) Individual who were in pregnancy or lactation phase were not enrolled in the trial 7) Any other person considered medically unfit for inclusion in the trial
