Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients of Gridhrasi with 21 to 70 years of age 2. Gender - male , Female irrespective of socioeconomic status, religion, education, occupation 3. Patients indicated for Siravedha and TENS 4. Patient having SLR positive ( angle between 30 -70 ) 5. Patient having ruk ,stambh in sphik radiating pain in leg

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients of gridhrasi below 21years and above 70 years of age 2. Patients having bleeding disorder,HIV, carcinoma and anatomical changes 3. Patients unfit for Siravedha and TENS 4. pregnant ,lactating women

To assess the duration of symptomatic relief after treatment.
