Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient in Medicine Ward. 2. Patient in Medicine ICU. 3. Patient over the age of 18 years.

Exclusion criteria: 1.PATIENTS UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE 2.PATIENTS WITH TERMINAL ILLNESS 3.PREGNANT/LACTATING PATIENTS

Occurrence of in-hospital major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE) (composite of cardiovascular mortality, myocardial infarction, significant arrhythmias, cardiogenic shock, or acute heart failure) in relation to baseline serum uric acid and serum phosphorus levels in patients with Cardiovascular disease. Timepoint: 2 Years

1. Duration of hospital stay-Measured as total number of days from admission to discharge, and its association with serum uric acid and phosphorus levels. . 2. Need for ICU admission or escalation of care -Proportion of patients requiring ICU care or advanced support 3. Individual components of MACE -Incidence of: - Myocardial infarction - Arrhythmias - Acute heart failure - Cardiogenic shock - Cardiovascular death 4. Association with disease severity - Correlation of serum uric acid and phosphorus levels with severity of cardiovascular conditions 5. Predictive value of combined biomarkers - Evaluation of the ability of combined serum uric acid and phosphorus levels to predict adverse outcomes compared with traditional cardiovascular risk factors.Timepoint: Duration of hospital stay
